Maybe it's a camera lens faerie. I get stuff like that on occasion with my camera, but it usually looks like a speck of dust or moisture on the lense and I need to clean it. I assume you're talking about the hovering blue light, I don't know what that could be. I like your pics though.
Ya, it's the blue light. And most likely it's should be a lens flare.
